    Based on our assessment, we will determine whether a return or replacement is warranted.

    Please note, submitting a request for a damaged sign does not guarantee that you will receive a return or replacement. Each case will be evaluated individually. Any returns that are approved must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

     

    Cancellation Policy: Orders for customized signs may not be canceled after they have entered production to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order.

     

    Refund Process: If a return is approved for a product not damaged or defective, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe, with the remaining balance issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
